Another successful debut at Prague Spring. Trio Incendio – review

"Ensemble playing is clearly one of the ensemble's strengths, and the detailed consideration of each bar proved to be of great benefit in Ravel. Add to this the players' high technical level, their sense of tenderness and softness, and yet their great youthful energy." – wrote Pavel Ryjáček in the review of our Prague Spring debut concert for KlasikaPlus.

"Above all, we were treated to a remarkable performance. The trio chose a repertoire that allowed them to showcase their full stylistic range: from the classicist Joseph Haydn with his ever-present sense of humor to the refined form of French impressionism in Maurice Ravel's trio, to the more experimental modern work of Wolfgang Rihm, who passed away last year. And judging by one of the encores – a part from Luboš Sluka's Suite in Memory of Jaroslav Ježek – jazz is no stranger to these musicians either."

"Long-term honest work met with the awareness of an extraordinary moment."
